oz beef steak

tbsp oyster sauce

tsp baking soda

garlic

tbsp worcestershire sauce

Cut steak into bite-size cubes and marinate the steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, baking soda, baking powder, and corn starch. Massage well and set aside for 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, sugar, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Drizzle oil in a pan and add in the garlic. Turn the heat to medium, and pan-fry for 3-4 minutes or until garlic is golden brown. Remove and set aside. Now that the oil is infused with garlic turn the heat to high, and add in the steak. Let it set for around 30 seconds before pan-frying for 3-4 minutes or until all side of the steak is brown. You can add additional cooking time depending on how you like your steak! Add back in the garlic, and drizzle on the sauce.
