Mix rice, furikake seasoning, roasted seaweed, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onion, and Japanese mayo in a bowl. Divide the rice into 6 portions. Using your hands, form a cylinder shape (refer to photo). Make sure to squeeze tightly to ensure all the rice is packed together and not loose. Lay down one slice of bacon, place a piece of cheese on top at the left corner, and finally, place one rice ball on top of the cheese. Tightly roll everything together, resting the wrapped rice ball opening side facing down. Repeat with the rest of the rice balls. Lightly brush a light layer of oil, and turn the heat to medium-high. Once the pan is hot, place the wrapped rice ball on top, opening side facing down. Pan fry for 3 minutes on each side, in total 12 minutes. Making sure every part of the bacon is cooked evenly. Finish off by brushing on a light layer of soy glaze and garnish with sesame seeds.
